Mind you, this was after business hours, and the man who arrived to perform the water removal was very professional, thorough, and patient. He walked through the process and answered all my questions. He apparently worked through the night till about 3 AM and made sure to save what was salvageable in my home. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Kept me informed and was concerned about the problems created by the water damage. We were out of town most of the time the clean up was taking place.

As this was our first time in a tragedy like this we were unsure what to expect. The response time was good but the feeling of an open house gave us an uneasy feeling. We felt vulnerable and your staff has performed this many times so they assured us that they were taking care of everything. Its just that feeling of no control over people boxing up your life. I'm hoping that everything comes back safe. And after the period of (5 months that the insurance is promising)who knows what was thrown away by the insurance and the staff that was not replaceable. As I was guaranteed that nothing would be thrown away at your business unless I made that decision even if it could not be cleaned. I must just have faith in your staff. But then again I have been assured that you wouldn't want to lose the business of USAA over one customer. Although this may sound negative it is not. It's just my stuff and I want the respect that you too would want if you were in my predicament.

Our house was vandalized and trashed for over nine hours straight by five or more juvenile felons. The sea of debris and personal belongings was piled so deep (over a foot deep in some areas) that it truly appeared to be a heartbreakingly hopeless task of ever restoring normalcy in our lives. We were so devastated that we wouldn't have had any idea where to even begin to dig ourselves out. Fortunately, there were compassionate, concerned professionals with Althouse Cleaning that knew just how to get us back on our feet. It's been a month since they finished their three full days of cleaning and restorative work and we still find it hard to believe that they were able to make that dump look like our home once again. It's one thing to clean up a mess. It's another thing entirely to help put someone's life back together agin. That's what we feel the Althouse Cleaning crews did. We can't possibly praise them enough for what they did to help us through the shock and despair and lift us up with renewed hope for a better future.
